Payment Options
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Direct
Deposit, Money Orders and Personal and Business Cheques.
However customers whose cheques are returned to us because of
non-sufficient funds will be charged $50.00 for handling in addition
to the amount of the cheque.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel completely comfortable when you order
products from Imporium International and hope to meet your expected
quality standards everytime. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s). All items must be
returned in original packaging and condition. Returns/exchanges must
be authorised by our staff; items will not be accepted without a RMA
number. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been
picked. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re
stocking charge of 10% of order value plus return freight chargeable
to customer.

You will then be provided with a RMA number by our staff;
this number must be marked boldly on the outer carton
returned. Please allow us 5
business days to respond to RMA and order status

Items must be packed securely in the original packaging
unless otherwise noted. Use enclosed return label when using
Australia Post. Please note that any item received damaged or in
used condition will not be credited.
Please note that we will not accept COD deliveries. All
Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer including
returns and exchanges.
Breakage/Damage
All items have been carefully inspected prior to being
shipped and will always leave in perfect condition. We make
every effort to pack your order in the most protected manner
possible. However, there are certain issues that cannot be prevented
while in transit.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in
shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping
damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage,
please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and
paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the
merchandise yourself, you will jeopardise our chances of making a
claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. Please contact

Product Availability
Please note that listed availability might not be applicable
for multiple copies of an item, and that sudden demand for an item
can have an effect on its availability. We will inform you by phone
or e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
Shipping
We have worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system
for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order
quickly, at the lowest possible cost.
Where We Ship
Imporium International currently ships within Australia and
New Zealand. Customers shipping to New Zealand are responsible for
any additional customs, taxes and/or
tariffs.
Where We Do NOT
Ship
We currently do not ship
anywhere outside of Australia and New Zealand; however should you wish an item to be shipped somewhere around
the world we will endeavour to service your needs.
Approved
Couriers
Imporium International
only uses recognised couriers that have a full tracking system. We
reserve the right to choose the most effective form of shipping for
your package. If you already have an account with a shipper and you
prefer to use your shipper account, contact us with your account
number. You may utilise the "comments" field in the order process.
Order
Tracking
We want to keep you as
informed as possible and will send you emails as the status of your
order changes. Initially you will be sent an order confirmation
email shortly after you submit your order. After we reconfirm
availability of all products in your order, we will notify you as to
when your order is scheduled to ship. We'll inform you if any items
in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued from the
manufacturer. You will be sent an email showing which items are
available to ship immediately and given the choice to either cancel
or process and ship your order if any items are out of stock. If
your order is shipped via courier, you will be emailed a tracking
number shortly after it ships. You can then enter your tracking
numbers through the chosen courier website tracking system.
Prices And Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with
incorrect information due to typographical error or error in
pricing, or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information
received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any
disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment
accepted. If your payment has already been accepted for the
purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the charge. We reserve the
right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change
without prior notice.
